Peter was meticulous and did not waste any time. The blinds were custom made in 3 weeks (exactly as Peter had quoted) and the exceptionally high quality of the PVC was a lovely surprise.
The fit of the blind’s frame was measured so perfectly, that it looks like part of the structure.
The guys were a pleasure to have at my home and are clearly experts in what they do.

Coolabah Shades provided really good service – prompt and reliable. It took 4 weeks from quote to installation. The pergola awning looks smart and is now providing much needed shade to my terrace. The price was reasonable too.

We recently had our shade sail replaced by Coolabah Shades. Peter and his staff were very professional and excellent at resolving any questions that I had. They exceeded our expectations and the blinds do a great job at blocking the sun.

We ordered two 5.5m long retractable (folding arm) awnings for western side of our house. They are both motorised, controlled with a remote. One of the awnings has an adjustable drop down valance (adjusted with a simple crank handle). The selection process was easy as Peter came to make the measurements and give us a quote. We requested later some changes and Peter promptly provided the updated pricing. Excellent. The installation was done by Coolabah Shades so I know it was done properly and professionally (all done in one day).

Very happy with Coolabah’s products. We got a remote controlled awning on tracks which looks great, runs smoothly and does a great job shading our alfresco area without making it dark. It even is drizzle proof so we can still be outside if we want.
We then went back for seconds and got a folding arm awning which is also remote controlled. It’s a different product to the first but equally as stylish and functional.
Peter was easy to deal with and although the installation wait time seemed quite long it was not unreasonable considering the products are custom made-to-measure.
Also highly recommend Dean the electrician Peter sent along – he is very friendly, communicated when he was on his way over, was on time, price was reasonable. All in all, very pleased.

The new Vistaweave blinds are very effective at letting in light, but not heat in summer. Peter has been prompt, knowledgeable and efficient in all his interactions with us.

Peter contacted us promptly through hipages. He came around to determine the extent of the problem, gave 3 reasonable options, then took blind away to be repaired. We were told it would take 2 weeks, which it did. Blind fixed (didn’t have to be replaced). All work done was of the highest quality, and service was excellent. We were kept informed of progress all along. Would have no hesitation in recommending Coolabah Shades !

Very professional and would definitely use them again. We now have the most amazing outdoor entertainment area undercover from the sun on those hot days and can use it in the wet too.
