Peter contacted us promptly through hipages. He came around to determine the extent of the problem, gave 3 reasonable options, then took blind away to be repaired. We were told it would take 2 weeks, which it did. Blind fixed (didn’t have to be replaced). All work done was of the highest quality, and service was excellent. We were kept informed of progress all along. Would have no hesitation in recommending Coolabah Shades !
